1) Website Owner & Binding Terms

This website is owned and operated by Bridie Mae Nutrition . By accessing or using this website and/or booking services, you confirm you’ve read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2) What We Offer

We provide nutrition and lifestyle consultations, personalised meal planning, recipes, and wellbeing resources. All services are delivered by Bridie Mae, a Naturopathic Nutritional Advisor using a food-first approach to support the body’s natural ability to heal. Information on this site and in consultations is for educational and wellbeing purposes only and is not medical advice.

3) Who Can Use This Service

You must be at least 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms. Do not use this site or services where it is unlawful to do so.

4) Scope of Practice (What I Can & Cannot Do)

I can support everyday symptoms and goals (e.g., digestive discomfort, low energy, sleep issues, blood sugar balance, mild stress/hormonal balance, diet-related skin concerns, and general wellbeing).
I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions and I cannot work with severe/complex diseases (including but not limited to cancer, severe autoimmune disease, diabetes requiring medication, heart disease, kidney disease, eating disorders, or severe mental health conditions). If red-flag symptoms are present, I will refer you to a medical professional. I’m happy to work alongside your GP/specialist.

5) Supplements Policy

My practice prioritises food. Supplement suggestions—limited to a multivitamin/mineral and/or vitamin C, vitamin D (in line with UK guidance), and a probiotic where appropriate—are kept minimal. Other supplements/herbals fall outside Nutrition Advisor scope. Note: supplements can interact with medicines; always disclose medication and diagnoses.

6) Consultations, Pricing & Delivery

  • Initial Consultation (60–75 mins): £95

  • Follow-up Consultation (45 mins): £65

  • Custom Meal Plan: £75
    Consultations are online unless agreed otherwise. Personalised nutrition plans are delivered within 7 days of your consultation. Under-18s are welcome with a parent/guardian present.

7) Bookings, Payments, Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • Fees are payable in advance by bank transfer. An invoice is emailed at booking.

  • Please give 48 hours’ notice to cancel/reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

  • If you fail to arrive on time without notice, the full fee may be invoiced.

8) Right to Change the Website/Offering

We may modify or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time without prior notice.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, logos, graphics, recipes, guides, and resources—is the property of Bridie Mae Nutrition and may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, or distributed without prior written permission.

10) User Content (if applicable)

If you submit, upload, or post content (e.g., comments, testimonials, images), you warrant you own the rights to that content and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the website. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

11) Right to Suspend/Terminate Access

We may suspend or terminate access to the website/services if you breach these Terms or applicable law.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bridie Mae Nutrition harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website or breach of these Terms.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridie Mae Nutrition is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from use of this website or implementation of recommendations. You remain responsible for your choices and outcomes. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

14) Privacy & Data Protection

We treat your information confidentially and handle it in line with UK GDPR. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

15) Promotional Emails

With your consent, we may send occasional updates or offers. You can opt out at any time.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above. Continued use of the website/services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
